Upgrades are available from standard First Class or USPS Priority Express. Priority Express include shipping insurance to protect your package in case of damage or loss.

California state sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California addresses outside of Orange County. Orange County orders will reflect the State and Local sales taxes. Out of state customers are expected to comply with current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.

The Wood Bowls is not responsible for uninsured lost, held or mis-delivery orders due to incorrect shipping address. We can ship your order to your correct address, but the shipping fees will be invoiced to the customer before re-shipping your order.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
If you cannot locate your tracking number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Once your item is shipped, The Wood Bowls is not responsible if carrier has delayed your shipment. Please contact your local Post Office or FedEx in regards to the status of your delivery.
We kindly ask that you remain patient, and only ask us to investigate if it has been more than 15 business days since you placed your order.
Orders are generally shipped in 1–2 business days so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.
WE KNOW YOU'LL LOVE OUR PRODUCTS, IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DON'T YOU CAN RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS.
Because our products are each hand crafted and made from different pieces of wood, no single piece is entirely the same. If you are not completely satisfied please follow the return instructions within 14 days.
We will gladly provide you with return instructions for a refund, or a replacement if this is your desire.

1. Email email@example.com with the reason for the return, photos of the product(s) you want to return and your order #.
2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and return delivery address. Do not return your package without our approval.
3. You will then need to pack and return your package to the address provided, and provide our support team with the tracking number.
4. Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking updated to Delivered.
*Item/s must be returned with its original packaging otherwise, a refund will not be issued. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging, we may provide a store credit.
